Q1 2026 was all about starting the year strong! Coming off our best performing year in company history, we've kicked off 2026 with record quarterly revenue, major product announcements on the horizon, and a growing appetite from both retail investors and industry partners. Sales are climbing, the company is scaling, and we're engaging in conversations with major industry leaders that could shape our next chapter. If 2025 was the year we proved the model works, 2026 is the year we scale it.
Q1-2026 Highlights:
Generated $882k USD in Q1-2026 net revenue (net of refunds) compared to $456K in Q1-2025, representing over 93% growth from the previous year
Order volume grew 125% YoY (472 to 1,061 orders) and new customer growth grew 114% YoY (354 to 757 customers)
Raised over $2M USD in capital across our equity offering and promissory notes program
Launched the new RYSE Shareholder Portal (shareholders.helloryse.com), giving shareholders real-time visibility into their holdings and potential exit value
Launched a new RYSE Noteholder Portal (noteholder.helloryse.com) for our fixed-income investors to log in and track their monthly payments

ENGINEERING & DESIGN
SmartBlinds: On Track for Summer Launch
SmartBlinds is currently being manufactured, with pilot production units underway and testing in progress. We're on track for a summer 2026 launch, with pricing set at $99 USD per unit.
SmartBlinds is our retrofit motorization device designed specifically for horizontal blinds, also known as Venetian blinds. Like our SmartShade and SmartCurtain products, SmartBlinds clips onto existing blinds by replacing the wand-stick—transforming any manual blind into a smart, app-controlled device within minutes.
Our product page is now live with pre-orders open to collect interest from customers who want to be first in line. The response has been encouraging, validating years of development work on this category.


SmartLyft Pro: A Major Announcement Coming Soon
One of the most exciting developments of Q1 is something we can't fully share just yet—but trust us, it's big news.
For context, SmartLyft is our breakthrough retrofit motorization device for cordless blinds—the type you push up to open and pull down to close, which now represents 70-80% of all manual blinds sold today. We unveiled the original SmartLyft at our November 2025 Demo Day to overwhelming reception.
The upcoming "Pro" announcement expands this technology in exciting new ways.

SALES & MARKETING
Q1 Revenue Performance
Q1-2026 generated $882k USD in net revenue, a remarkable 93%+ increase compared to Q1-2025's $456K. This performance was achieved while our Amazon channel was temporarily offline for most of the quarter (more on that below), making these results even more impressive.
Key growth metrics:
1,061 orders in Q1 vs. 472 the prior year (125% YoY growth)
757 new customers vs. 354 (114% YoY growth)
Based on Q1's performance, we're projecting 2026 to be our strongest year in company history. If we can secure enough inventory to meet demand, we're targeting $7M USD in annual revenue for 2026.
Amazon USA Relaunch
Amazon sales officially came back online in March 2026. With our Amazon store fully restocked and optimized, we expect this channel to contribute meaningfully to Q2 performance and beyond. The temporary de-listing in 2025 gave us the opportunity to refine our listings, pricing strategy, and inventory management before relaunching at higher margins.
Dealer Program: Wholesale Expansion
One of the most exciting developments of Q1 is the launch of our Dealers Program—the next major chapter in RYSE's growth strategy. We're currently in active discussions with over 100 potential dealer partners across North America interested in partnering and re-selling RYSE products.
The program offers dealers a private-label opportunity under the MOTORYSE brand, allowing them to monetize both existing and new customers by offering an affordable motorized option that sits between manual shades and premium smart shades - the “Good, Better, Best” strategy. This creates a new high-margin revenue stream for dealers while dramatically expanding RYSE's distribution footprint.
This wholesale expansion represents a significant shift in how we go to market, unlocking channels that have historically been difficult to access and creating repeat revenue opportunities at scale.

AI Across the Organization
One of our biggest operational shifts in Q1 was a company-wide initiative where every RYSE team member was tasked with building an AI-powered workflow to drive efficiency. The results have been remarkable:
Shopify chatbots handling customer inquiries around the clock
Influencer dashboards streamlining creator partnership management
Inventory management systems with real-time stock-out notices
Blog and content automation scaling our marketing output
The efficiency gains mean we can scale the business without proportionally scaling headcount, directly improving unit economics and preserving capital.
What makes this so impactful is that building these tools through a third-party software company would have easily cost us over $100,000 USD and taken at least six months.
Instead, we built them in just a few days using AI.
AURA
Aura continued its strong trajectory in Q1 2026:
USA Revenue: $116K
UK Revenue: $20K
The Aura Shade Motor Driver is the core automation device in the Aura product lineup, the sister brand we launched to capture the sub-$100 smart shade market. Think of it as Aura's version of SmartShade, built specifically for smaller windows and price-sensitive consumers. This expands our addressable market dramatically, as Aura targets the mass-market segment while RYSE remains our premium brand.
These numbers reinforce our thesis that there's demand for accessible smart home automation at sub-$100 price points.

Aura is preparing to launch on Shopify, adding a direct-to-consumer channel alongside our existing Amazon and TikTok Shop presence. This gives us more control over the customer experience, improves margins, and creates opportunities for bundling and cross-promotion with the RYSE brand.
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Q1 Capital Raised: $2.2M
Q1 2026 was a strong quarter for capital formation:
$605K raised at $2.25 per share
$1.6M raised at $2.35 per share
Over $600K already raised at the current $2.45 per share
Current Fundraising Round: $2.45 Per Share
Our $2.45 per share equity round went live in March 2026 and is on track to raise approximately $1.5M, closing mid-May 2026. This round is part of a larger $6M total offering that remains open through November 2026, with the price expected to increase as we hit additional milestones.

We exhibited at the International Window Coverings Expo 2026 in Raleigh, North Carolina last week and just got back!
This is the largest and most important industry trade show for the window coverings sector in North America. Attending positions us in front of dealers, distributors, designers, and manufacturers—all critical stakeholders for our wholesale expansion through the CEDIA program.
